SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT |
This agreement is
made between
CHAINSAW
PRODUCTIONS, INC., a
Michigan Corporation
with an office at
118 West Flint
Street, Davison, MI,
48423 (“CPI”) and
sponsor.
This agreement is
made because CPI has
produced a
documentary film
entitled “Shooting
Michael Moore” and
the Sponsor wishes
to help defray the
costs of production
and distribution of
the film and/or
promote or advertise
a business with CPI
and the film.
CPI agrees that, for
payment of a
Sponsorship Fee
(described below),
it will provide the
Sponsorship benefits
as indicated above.
Sponsors understand
that their
sponsorship is not
an investment and
that there is no
expectation of any
return or interest
in the profits of
the film or CPI or
any rights or
control over the
production or
distribution
process. The only
tangible benefits to
sponsorship are
those listed above.
Sponsors also
understand that
nothing in this
agreement shall be
intended to create
or imply any
relationship of
employment, agency,
partnership or
co-venture.
Your Sponsorship
payment indicates
your understanding
of and agreement
with the terms and
conditions listed
herein.
